Agility for Fun - The Basics

Don't be intimidated, dog agility is not just a competition sport.  It is also a great way to have fun with your dog!  Dog agility is a team sport requiring communication and trust between you and your dog, so what better way to spend some quality time together.   All Agility for Fun classes are held outdoors at our Louisburg, Kansas, location.

• Basic Jumps and Tunnels - You and your dog will be introduced to Jumps and Tunnels during this fun, active, 5 week session.  No previous dog agility training experience required - just be ready to have some fun and leave the rest up to us!
• Basic Weaves and More - Are you fascinated by dogs as they run through the weave poles?  Why not give it a try in this introductory 5 week class?  No previous dog agility training experience required.  You bring the dog and we will bring the fun!
• Basic Directional Cues - Front Cross, Rear Cross, Blind Cross, Here!!!  Learn what these cues mean and how to use them as you navigate an agility course.
• Basic Contacts, Contacts, Contacts - Time to tackle the big equipment.  During this class you and your dog will be introduced to the A-Frame, Dog Walk, Table and Teeter.  Below is a short video from our Contacts class.

You must complete the Agility Test Drive before you can enroll in the Agility for Fun classes.
